Transparency matters more than a commission. This page explains how affiliate and referral relationships work on the Get Dream Customers website and in our content, which recommendations may involve them, and what that means for you as a visitor, customer or client.
It should be read alongside our other published policies, which together set the applicable terms for calls, refunds, privacy and site use.
01About This Disclosure
Get Dream Customers believes in being transparent about how we make money and the relationships we have with the products, platforms and services we recommend. Some of the links on this website, in our emails and in our content are affiliate or referral links.
If you click one of those links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, Get Dream Customers may receive a commission, referral fee, credit or other benefit. In most cases, this does not result in any additional cost to you.
02Our Approach to Recommendations
We may recommend software, platforms, services, books, tools, educational resources and other products that we believe may be useful to our audience or clients. Some of these recommendations may involve an affiliate relationship.
An affiliate relationship does not automatically determine whether we recommend a product or service. Our goal is to recommend solutions we believe are relevant and useful based on our experience, research, evaluation or understanding of the product. However, you should always evaluate whether a product or service is appropriate for your own needs before purchasing it.
We also use many of the tools and workflows we recommend in our own business and client projects. Where we have not used a product ourselves, we will say so rather than imply first-hand experience we do not have.
03Affiliate Links & How They Work
When you use one of our affiliate links, the third-party provider may track your referral through cookies, referral codes, account attribution or similar technologies. If you subsequently make a qualifying purchase or sign up for an eligible service, we may receive compensation from the provider.
The amount we receive may vary depending on the provider, product, subscription or affiliate program. Some programs pay a one-time commission, while others pay a recurring amount for as long as you remain a customer. Some provide account credit, discounts or other non-cash benefits instead of cash.
- Tracking may rely on cookies, so clearing cookies or using strict browser privacy settings can prevent attribution.
- Some links use a referral code or custom URL rather than a cookie.
- Attribution windows differ by provider and are set by them, not by us.
- You are never required to use an affiliate link. Searching for the provider directly works just as well.
04Software & Platform Recommendations
Get Dream Customers may recommend or provide educational, consulting, migration, implementation or other services involving third-party software and business platforms. In some cases, we may also participate in the affiliate or referral program of a platform we provide services for.
This means we may receive compensation if you sign up for that platform using our referral link. Where a material affiliate relationship exists, we aim to disclose it clearly at or near the point of recommendation.
Providing implementation services for a platform is a separate matter from any affiliate relationship. A recommendation to use a platform should never be assumed to be driven by compensation — platform choice is discussed on the basis of fit, your existing assets, budget and the tradeoffs you would live with.
05Does This Affect Our Advice?
No. We do not recommend a product simply because it pays a commission, and we do not withhold a recommendation because it pays nothing. Plenty of the tools and approaches we suggest earn us nothing at all.
Where two options are genuinely comparable, we will tell you that rather than steering you toward the one that pays better. If a paid recommendation and our honest assessment ever conflict, our assessment wins.
06Does It Cost You More?
In most cases, using an affiliate link does not change the price you pay. You pay the provider's standard published price, and the provider pays us a commission out of their own margin.
- Where a discount, extended trial or bonus is available through our link, it will be stated clearly.
- We do not add a markup to third-party products we recommend.
- Prices, plans and promotions are set by the provider and can change without notice.
If you would prefer not to use an affiliate link, you are welcome to go directly to the provider's website instead. It will not affect the advice or support you receive from us.
07Third-Party Terms, Privacy & Pricing
Your purchase is made directly from the third-party provider and is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, refund policy, pricing, billing practices and product or service terms. Get Dream Customers does not control these policies.
Support, warranty, refund, cancellation and billing questions relating to a third-party purchase must be handled by that provider. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, policy changes or the consequences of their decisions.
08Sponsored Content & Partnerships
From time to time we may publish sponsored content, partner content, reviews, comparisons or bundled offers. Where content is sponsored, paid for or produced as part of a partnership, we will identify it clearly.
Sponsored placement does not entitle a provider to a positive review, and we will not publish an assessment we believe to be misleading. Reviews reflect our honest evaluation based on our own experience, research or understanding of the product.
09Our Own Affiliate Program
We do not currently operate a confirmed public affiliate program for Get Dream Customers services. We may develop referral partnerships with complementary providers in future, but no commission rate or partner promise applies until terms are set and published.
Where a partnership is eventually established, any commission paid to a partner would be paid by Get Dream Customers and would not increase the price a client pays. Nothing on this page should be read as an offer of a commission or a promise of partner terms.
10How to Identify an Affiliate Link
We aim to make affiliate relationships obvious rather than hidden. In practice, you can expect:
- A disclosure at or near the recommendation, or a note on the page containing affiliate links.
- Resources and recommendation pages — such as our tools and recommended platforms pages — carrying a visible disclosure.
- Sponsored or paid content labelled as such.
- Plain answers if you ask whether a specific link is an affiliate link.
If a link's status is unclear to you, treat it as possibly affiliate and ask us. We would rather clarify than leave it ambiguous.
11Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this page as affiliate programs, partners, tools or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of our website or content after an update means you accept the revised disclosure.
12Questions & Contact
Questions about this disclosure, a specific recommendation, or whether a link is an affiliate link? Reach us through the contact options on our Book a Call page and we will respond as promptly as we can.
Please include the page or product you are asking about so we can give you a specific answer rather than a general one.
